These terms apply to your use of GeoAppear (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Your account
You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity in your account and in workspaces you own, including people you invite.
Plans and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Plan limits (such as prompts, competitors and rescan frequency) are shown on the pricing page.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to access other customers' data, or to overload or disrupt the service.
AI-generated results
The service reports answers produced by third-party AI systems. Those answers can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and can change at any time. We report them as we receive them and do not guarantee their accuracy or any particular visibility outcome.
Your content
You keep ownership of the data you add. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features; if a change significantly reduces a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you before they take effect.
